How to read this file
- Split the drawers. Put issued patents, PCT publications, and the trademark file in Patent & history. Put company-hosted tests and advertising in Health claims. Put the FTC letter in Regulatory. Do not let proximity on a timeline merge them.
- Read the stamp before the lore. Each leaf states what the document can establish and what it cannot. If a sentence is not on that leaf, it is not in the file.
- Refuse the inference stamp. “Issued, therefore it works,” “hosted PDF, therefore independent,” and “warning letter, therefore a shutdown” are not records. Stamp them Not in the file.
- Stop before advice. This desk classifies paper. It does not diagnose, dose, treat, or tell anyone to start, stop, or avoid licensed care or tested water treatment.
